Suresh U. Kumar is a highly skilled and resilient organizational leader, CXO/Founder coach, professor, speaker, writer, activist, elected official, and collaborative problem solver.

He is the co-founder of multiple Deloitte Fast 50, INC 500, and Nasdaq-listed high-growth ventures where he built deep expertise in leading change in the areas of leadership, organizational development, and leveraging an entrepreneurship mindset to build collaborative partnerships. As a professor of practice, his expertise is in the areas of lean startup, agile/design thinking, building resilient business models, and inclusive economic development.

Suresh’s education credentials include: Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship & Design Thinking from Stanford University Center for Professional Development; and The Lean Launchpad for Educators Certification from Columbia Business School.
